Management at Castlepoint are asking members of the public who shop at the UK’s largest shopping park to join their new Customer Focus Group. At least 36 people of all age ranges and demographic profiles will be required to take part voluntarily in quarterly meetings from March next year to discuss all topics and issues associated with the shopping experience offered.
Peter Matthews, General Manager at Castlepoint, says that although the 41 acre site attracts over 90,000 people each month, and recommendations from the public are always considered, he believes that there are always opportunities to make improvements.
“We would like to hear from anyone who would like to become involved and help us enhance the whole Castlepoint experience offered to visitors,” said Peter Matthews. “The views of the focus group members will be taken into account as we plan how the centre will operate over the next 5 years to meet the needs of people in the region.”
