As from the 14th May all Parent and Child bays on deck level will be relocated to ground level in bays adjacent to the walkway, close to the lifts.
We spoke to several parents who park in bays at deck level, before concluding that it would not only be safer to locate the bays at ground level as parents and children will nor have to cross one of Castlepoint’s busiest roads to gain access to the shops; but also you will have a better chance of obtaining a bay as misuse should be minimised.
